Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by misuse may not be eligible for a return.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as Travella is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
